Try adding a super B complex vitamin just make sure it says "Super Complex" on the label, lot's of good brands out there, I personally like Nature Made.

I don't buy Atkins supplements I find them way over priced - but to each his/her own.

B12 is excellent for enegry, you'll get enough in the super complex plus the other important B's

What's also excellent for fatigue is Green Magma, it's a potent energy booster and a wonderful supplement. It has 4 low glycemic carbs per serving so if you try it remember to count them. I swear by it and if you post in the Vita-Nutriant Forum you'll get some excellent advice and recommendations.

In fact the moderator there, Shawnee cured his diabetes by using what are called (green food supplements) and I'm sure he would be happy to suggest a supplement plan for you - just post a request for one.

Ginseng is another caffeine free excellent cure for fatigue, look for Chinese red Ginseng and take 500 mg three times a day, you'll feel a huge difference.
