when I did atkins before but I forgot about....constant trips to the bathroom...ok look a bathroom uh oh grumble grumble....hour later hey theres a Mcky D's I think im gonna go order a value urinal meal...everywhere I turn I gotta use a bathroom...I guess it don't help I take anywhere form 100-200oz of water. I started today and got out my old water bottle I think Im currently at 160oz right now...ugh bathroom, AGAIN :bang
