    Keto sticks

    Hello,

    I am new to this board (only a week) but I am surprised I don't here more about ketosis and the sticks.

    Is there something I don't know or am missing?

    I use them all the time and just wondered....

              One reason might be that some people actually never register on the ketostix at all - even though they have other signs of ketosis and are losing weight.

              F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
