    Hi Guys,

    I havent written in a while, just been busy....

    Heres some stats to begin with:

    Im still in Induction (as want to shed all the weight)...

    Week 1: 5 pounds lost
    Week 2: 1 pound lost
    Week 3: 3 pound lost

    My goal is a loss of 28 pounds before guaging and re-assessing.

    Im very happy im losing the weight, but i feel no different, there's no energy increase or anything.

    I also drink JUST water now (no tea, coffee, etc) and try and eat as much greens with my protein meals as possible, yet my skin isnt any better, and im taking all the essential vitamins/minerals and EFA's.

    Whats wrong?

    I don't think there is much wrong at all, Adam

    In the first 2 weels you lost 6 pounds and then unlike many other members you carried on losing the 3rd week too

    From what I have read around the forums, not everyone gets the buzz of extra energy, so you are not alone.

    I can't remember how much weight in total you needed to lose at the start - what percentage of that total did you lose in your first 14 days on induction?

    If it was more than 5% then I don't think you really need to stay on induction any longer. Maybe moving to OWL will increase your energy level.

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
