    Hi,

    I start this diet tomorow and I have posted an introduction on another post.

    I just have one or two questions...

    I currently take Q10, Everyday Vitamin (which I think has a bit of everything) and Vitamin C (Chewable)

    Obviously nothing on the labels to suggest carbs in these. But would you recommend any Vitamins I should be taking while on the Atkins Diet. Should I continue with what I already take?


    Any foods I should avoid on my last night before Atkins?

    Has there ever been any relation for you in Atkins and skin. I break out a lot and was wondaring if anybody experienced any worsening of the skin while on atkins.

    There is a supplement forum a little bit down. Check in there and read in there. You will probably get more ideas. Atkins also have a chapter in the book about supplements. I say defiantly continue what you are doing for vits. You may want to add some but check with the vitamin people. Some vitamins do add sugars (vitamin C often) so check bottles for non medical ingredients.

    Any foods to avoid? I don't think so. But don't think of Atkins as a sentence It is actually a great life style.

    About skin - mine if anything is better with all the healthy fat I am consuming. I guess you'll have to see how it affect you.

      My skin is awesome, esp. when I am eating flax. No one thinks I am 45.
