I find this site great and have read a lot of useful and inspiring information.
Anyhoo, I am on day 12 of my diet and have lost 11 pounds. I feel fantastic! I fit into size smaller clothes that I never thought I could wear again. I want to lose 20 more pounds.
My question is, for the last 3 days I have been the same weight, teetering around +/- a pound or so. What is going on? Why am I not losing more weight like I was noticeably doing before?
Any insight into this would be appreciated
