Is this Atkins-friendly? I wouldn't dare try any now, but initial induction will be over for me soon (3 days), and I just wanted to know. Any advice you guys could give on this would be greatly appreciated.

Blue Bunny Bars

I am on Day 13 of Induction. I found Fudge popsicles named "Blue Bunny" made with Splenda.

Nutriton Facts:
Total Fat: 0
Sat Fat: 0
Cholesterol: 0
Sodium: 45mg
Potassium: 105mg
Total Carbs: 9g
Dietary Fiber: 3g
Protein: 2g

Definitely not for Induction.

The only dairy you are allowed to have during Induction is cheese, butter and cream. And the cream is in limited amounts.

That product has either sugar alcohols or a bulking agent, because the net carbs based on what you gave is 7. Please read the FAQ on Sugar Alcohols in the FAQ forum so you can make an informed decision.
