Lauren, and anyone else wanting their menu reviewed, along with posting your Fitday link, can you please take a moment and describe your menu as well? It's helpful when we know how the food is cooked (salmon baked with butter, etc) as well as the basic ingredients. We can make more helpful comments knowing what your menu really was.
There's a sticky in 'Review My Menu' that describes the best way to do this.

Good veggie intake, and I hope you're spreading it out through your day...you didn't mention that in your description. It's best if you can have them through the day as opposed to one sitting, and it appears that you did that with the fitday entries.
