    Hi elizellen,

    Which brand do you buy? I have looked all through the ingredients of the ones I have found and they all have either wheat flour, in the form of rusk, sugar or both. would be nice to know,Just for something to stick in my bag as a crispy snack occasionally.

      The plain ones are allowed, but not the barbeque ones or other flavors. Baken-ets load the flavored ones with all kinds of junk.

      I make up my own spices and when I am craving some BBQ or or Doritos taste, I just sprinkle some on and put in the oven for a few minutes and allow to cool.
      People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
