  • OK I am back AGAIN.

    I am 3rd timer here now and really embarrassed but at least I am 225lbs now instead of the 250lbs I was when I started doing this the first time.

    Everythign is chill for me right now so I figured what better time.


    Restart: DEC. 16th, 2009 (why wait for Christmas)

    Mini Goals:
    240 :

    MAIN GOAL :
    180lbs

      Welcome home!! I noticed your goal weight and size 14. Girl, let me tell you...I don't know how tall you are and that will make a difference BUT out of curiosity I tried on my size 14 jeans at 206 pounds...and guess what?? They fit!! If I was just doing the WOE, this wouldn't have happened but I've been on plan and doing weight lifting and cardio. Couldn't believe they fit. The last time I wore size 14's, in high school I think, I weighted around 170-180. Combine the diet with building muscle and cadio and you'll look really hot at a much higher weight. Talk about motivation...when your ticker says you have SO MANY more pounds to go...it doesn't really bother you if you're looking great now!!

          I am 33/f/5'9" just like you. Gives me hope. I had been in a size 14 from 160-190 the to a size 16 until 210. maybe its just the excess fat i had at the time. Maybe with less fat at those weights it will make a difference. I will be going in this time with .

          Also just noticed that your ticker and mine are in sync as well. I will have to keep up with one of the Jones' now lol

              Miya - don't feel embarrassed, you are back and that's all that matters! You didn't gain all the weight back the way some people do so that is a great thing!! There is so much help and guidance on this site it's remarkable.
