Okay so I slipped up. I put myself in a dangerous social setting and ended up having 3 vodka sodas last night. I know I have to start over again for a truly clean induction ( I had been doing SO GOOD), but my question is - how much damage did I REALLY do? My drinks were 0 carb. I udnerstand how your body stops everything to process the alcohol, but it was better than me choosing BEER!
