  • Banana Peppers on Induction?

Is it ok to eat banana peppers on induction? I haven't been able to find out any information on it. I've been craving them like crazy but I only eat one ring like maybe 3 times a day.

Peppers are on the salad veggie list. If you are talking about pickled banana pepper rings, make sure there are no sugars (dextrose, corn syrup) used in the pickle juice. They also have a good bit of sodium, so don't eat them in excess, but a few rings a day is fine. I love them.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
