  • What's been toughest for you so far?

The first 14 days are unreal in so many ways! Sometimes there are seemingly daunting changes you're making in your lives, and aving to put down the chips and back away slowly in favor of celery (something that by all accounts is healthy anyway) just is about to make you flip!

So what's been tough for you?

How are you getting around it?

I'm on Day 8...and the toughest for me has been trying to avoid peanut butter (I just adore it on my celery...whine whine whine), avoid stepping on the scale every day after I wake up...

Oh...and the biggest change, other than my weight, appears to be the fact that I'm not sleeping 8 hours any longer. I feel refreshed after 6 or 7, and wind up getting up to do housework or play on the computer.

This is day 9 for me, I haven't had any tough days thus far. I never cared for bread, potatoes or rice. My carb of choice was sugar, and by me not consuming artificial sweetners which is on the approved Induction list, it saves me from falling off: I'll start craving and getting hungry and stuff. I'm grateful, but not fooled by those other bad carbs which would get me off the hook again, knocking my blood sugar levels outta wack again.

Day 9 for me too. Most challenging would be too not overeat...especially cheese. Funny thing is I never ate cheese before 9 days ago. I never liked it at all. I think I must just have an addictive nature to limited things because it is always what I can't have too much of that I want. Ironic.

Anyways, the other tough thing is the stomach issues, ie. Diarrhea.

Weigh in is just 6 days away! We shall see how I am doing then.
