I have been having a problem with bad breath
. I am in ketosis (moderate). I know bad brath is a common side effect. Any solutions to the problem????

Congrats on the ketosis. Now hit the FAQ section and all of your ketosis questions will be answered.
Dr. A recommends chewing parsley. Most folks recommend upping your water intake. You could also chew some sugar free gum, but I wouldn't if you were in induction.

We have a limit of up to 3 servings of sweetener per day - so eating sweets (even 'sugarfree' ones) will use up those servings quickly!!Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Have you tried fresh parsley? - it is pretty good.
The bad breath will diminish over time. One day you may miss it - because it was such a sure sign you were in ketosis.
