    I've seen recipies including packets of Splenda.
    I have a jar of it! How much is a packet?

      Not sure on the measurement's but I do know one packet is counted as 1 carb. Congratulations on your start day and good luck .

          Each packet is 2 teaspoons according to the Splenda info page.
          Startdate: November 18, 2007. Female 5'2"
