I took tuna with mayo..melted swiss cheese on it..added.caesar dressing and wrapped it all in a lettuce wrap. omg is this gonna make me lose weight? Im in love!

I AGREE!
It is truly amazing what combinations we can come with, eventhough what we eat right now is limited. Experimenting with different foods is one of the things I love about this WOE! If we stay creative in the kitchen, there is no way we will get board.
Try this:
1.5 cup broccoli flowerets (cooked in 1 tblspn butter-veg oil blend)
5 oz. boneless Sknls chkn brst (broiled or grilled)
.25 cup tomatoes, raw, chopped
.25 cup shredded cheese (any blend)
Toss veggies and meat together like you would a salad and melt cheese on top.
This is a great meal, and it is full of flavor.
