  • Can someone help with my menu for the day?

    I'm at 66/31/3 on my percentages so I guess I need to add more veggies but it feels like I'm already eating enough. I've been having problems getting my carb count up and I eat veggies every day. Here is what I'm eating today:

    How do you get up to 20 carbs a day when you are only supposed to have 12-15 from veggies? I think thats my biggest diliemna.

      You do not have to eat 20 carbs of day. You should eat 3 cups a day on induction. Are you doing that? Some people use sweeteners, cheese, cream, spices and the carbs can quickly add up. Your menu looked good.

        Yes I've been eating at least 3 cups of veggies a day. Especially when I do my Caesar salad. Thanks for responding!

            I had the hardest time eating enough carbs until I went up to OWL. I found that Avocados were my secret weapon during induction. Plug it into Fitday and see! I would just use Avocado, salt, pepper, tabasco and a spoon! Enjoy!
