    I started last Tuesday 2/10/09. I am 5 days in and 7 lbs down! I LOVE ATKINS

      Don't fall into the trap of comparing your weight loss with anyone elses, we are all individuals and our bodies will react differently to the same diet. Just enjoy your changes as they happen.....because they WILL

            Hi mcoughlin

            That is fantastic news, can i ask what your typical diet is in a day?

            iv been dieting for months on a low cal diet and have failed miserably last few wks.

            im going on holiday on Friday and would love to loose 7 lbs in 5 days it would make a big big difference to how i feel going.

            Please can you advise me on how many carbs a day you are eating, and what foods for breakfast lunch and tea etc?

            are peanuts good as a snack as iv read you look at the net carbs which is carb - fibre = net carbs and they have 4 g net carbs per 50 g which is great.
