Today was my 14th days on induction I lost 9 pounds I had no cheats UNTIL.... Today :0( It didnt put me out of ketosis and I hope i dont start any cravings I had a sweet potato with my steak. I will make sure to drink all my water this week thats my goal and eat on my plan I also plan to stay another week on induction.

Congrats on your loss.
What you need to do now is to sit down and figure out coping mechanisms for when you start to crave things that aren't allowed in your Phase of the diet.
Additionally, you might want to think about this....did you want the sweet potato because you really wanted it or was is a sort of reward for losing 9 pounds? If it was more of a reward, then you might need to reconsider using food as a reward. Many of us have been conditioned by well-meaning people that food is a reward..."You got an A on your test: have a slice of cake." "You cleaned your room: have some cookies and milk." "You ate your greenbeans: have some ice cream for dessert." If this is what happened with you, try to break that bad eating habit. Instead, reward yourself with a non-food item, like clothes, jewelry, a soak in a bathtub, etc.
