I bought a bag of Sugar Free Life Savers because i had a sore throat. The bag said "South Beach diet recommended and real big on the front it said 0G sugar carbs.
On the back it said Total carbs - 14g
Sugars 0g
sugar alcohol 13 g
So I started popping these, thinking that they were carb free.
However, when i discovered that I was out of ketosis, i then discovered a third place in the same package where it mentioned "Carb count 1g" and "do not eat more than 4 pieces per day"
So, i determined that these sugar free life savers kicked me out of ketosis.
I am back in ketosis now and i lost 11 pounds during my first 2 weeks!
