  • I'm about to go "buck buck".... Help

Just curious, how many eggs is too many eggs or is there really such a thing. I know we can eat them liberally, but how many is liberally... now of course the next thought is until full but not stuffed... well, I don't sit down to a dozen, but may consume 6 throughout the day... is this okay.

    Thanks.
    Buck, Buck,
    ~Amanda
It is okay if it takes me a little longer to get there, besides this is where I'm going to stay forever and that is a really long time!!!

Remember that eggs have carbs - and that most of your carbs on induction should come from veggies. With that limitation and the one about not over stuffing yourself -you're good to go.

Eggs are wonderful! Healthy, nutritious and tasty! Yay for eggs.
As said above, remember to count the carbs!
