    i would say that you need to increase your veggies. Also it doens't look like you are getting much fat...try adding extra virgin olive oil to your salads or mayo with your chicken. How much water are you drinking?

      It would be very helpful if you could list some stats in your siggie, such as your age, height, starting weight, and goal weight.         I am only in induction myself but I don't think you are eating enough or enough fat. Hope I am not overstepping the mark here offering an opinion being so new to it all

        My menu:
        Breakfast: 2 eggs +1/2 cup mushrooms + 1oz cheese + decaf with cream
        Snack: celery stick + 1oz cream cheese
        Lunch: 4oz chicken with skin + 1 cup salad (includes tomato) + ceasar dressing (less than 1 carb)
        Dinner: Pork steak + 1 cup of veg (broccoli, cauli, cabbage etc)
        Snack: decaf + cream

        I am told I have 1/2 cup of veg too much but I go off the 12-15g of veg and I just can't get 12g without that extra half a cup and last week I lost 2.6kg (about 6lb - I think).

        Good luck with it - there is some great advice on this forum
