great carb free snack - pepperoni

When I read that Pepperoni was carb free, i said, "hey, I can do that."

Our local grocery store (Publix) sold some in little packs. Some was pretty expensive.

Then I discovered the Wal-Mart deli. I told them that I wanted to buy the entire stick of pepperoni. they sliced it all up for me, and $7 later I had a 2 week supply of it!

It is a great snack to eat during the day.

Pepperoni as a daily snack (especially at work) is my mainstay. I also throw in a few cubes of cheese too.

Pepperoni chips are great. When the weather is nice (meaning no snow, ice, etc.) I go on mini day-trips to the city and parks. I pack along those pepperoni chips and cheese chips for inexpensive snacking.

I think they're great too, but I do, I guess like everything else, have to read the labels because at least here the ingredients can really vary from brand to brand. I've not tried making the chips though, sounds yummy!
