I posted a few weeks, maybe even months ago, about how excited I was to start this WOE. I'm not sure what happened but I never got past day two. I think I was just distracted and stopped preparing my food ahead of time. Well I am off to start again and am better prepared! I have been working out 3-4 times a week already so I am ready to get my eating under control!
