  • CHEESE and cravings....

Just curious why it is happening... First I thought b/c I was eating American cheese in introduction and was advised that is not allowed (not sure why it is not allowed if someone can answer that for me and also at which rung is it allowed or ever?)

Back to my main question.... so I switched to Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese and Cream Cheese... both I love and are so delicious but each time I eat either (1oz serving) I feel a sense of wanting to PIG OUT!!!! Oink Oink....Is it a food allergy? Is it yeast? Any idea?

    Thanks,
    Amanda

It is okay if it takes me a little longer to get there, besides this is where I'm going to stay forever and that is a really long time!!!

It could be a food allergy or sensitivity. Make sure the cheese is full fat, not reduced fat or 2% or non-fat.

Well, I have systemic yeast problems and I get that from cheese too. I also do not lose weight if I eat more than an ounce of cheese a day or about 4 ounces in a week. Mine is yeast related but yours could be allergies. Sorry I am not more helpful.

American cheese is like velveeta cheese, I believe. Therefore, not real cheese.
