    on days 2 and 3 i found..

    I get full so fast after half my salad. BTW how can u eye measure 1 cup of salad? I can;t really do it.. the size of your fist? huh? like can u help me out using a something else.

      Buy yourself a cheap measuring cup and use that.

              No idea. Usually a coffee mug is pretty close. You can get measuring cups for a buck.
