I entered all of my food for the last three days into fatsecret.com and have found that I am only eating 650-750 calories a day even though I am at 20 carbs a day. Is this a problem? Or should I not worry about it? I have been eating the correct # of salad veggies and other veggies, and have had plenty of fat (yay for bunless burgers) and I have been having to force myself to eat because my appettite is gone!
I have already lost a little over 3 lbs so I'm not complaining...I just don't want to make myself sick or do this the wrong way.
