Im new to the diet and I was just wondering is it true you dont have to watch calories? My sister ate eggs and bacon for breakfast, steak for lunch with cheese cubes and chicken fried in olive oil for dinner more cheese for snackshe lost 5 lbs in one week! Im worried if I eat like that I'll gain 10lbs lol!! So tell me is it really ok to eat like that?

    Re: Calories

For induction you do not need to count calories. It is important to listen to your body and to stop eating when full. Induction includes high fat meats- you need to read the book for the explaination on this one, and under 20g of carbs from vegetables. As you move through the stages it becomes more important to recognize calories- not necessarily counting them but acknowledgement of your food intake.
