  • Mods - can we have a sticky for UK newbies

    Hi Guys

You may have noticed quite a few posts from UK newbies who did not realise that you should not deduct fibre from the carbohydrate figure as our labels are different to those in the USA.

Some people have been working very hard at the plan not realising that they are doing it wrong. I also found it confusing when I first started.

I wonder if we could have a sticky in this forum about low carbing in the UK?

    Zx

      Good suggestion, Zarabelle

I have put it to the mods forum for a decision

Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

Yep I did this for a while! Only occurred to me to research it after spending a while perplexed about how I'd count a fibre count higher than the carb count!

        Good idea
