Nope. Nothing's wrong. Some low carbers believe in something called the "One Golden Shot"

Whatever the case may be, your body is alittle different now than it was the first time you were on Atkins.

By the way, 10 pounds is a great and you shouldn't feel depressed by 'only' losing 10 pounds.

Firstly, Yayyy!!! 10 pounds gone!! :icondance

There's a theory about 'one golden shot' of doing Induction, and that subsequent Inductions will not yield the same results as the first one, so more or less, what you are experiencing is normal. It could be that you are older than the last two times, or you were carrying more water weight last time...there are all sorts of factors.

You may want to read this sticky

and you may want to post a sample menu or two in the Review My Menu forum. :yes

But again...YAAYYYY!!! 10 pounds gone!! Go find something that weighs 10 pounds and pick it up and carry it around for a while. :yikes

Thanks, that put my mind at ease some, i guess ill just give it some more time and try not to worry about it as much. The thing about the one golden shot theroy seems to sum up how it is with me right now, thanks alot :nod

              BIG DEAL!

10LBS IS A HUGE DEAL, THERE ARE SOME WHO DON'T LOSE THAT MUC IN THE WHOLE 2 WEEKS OF INDUCTION!!!! CONGRATS! THERE ARE LOTS OF THINGS THAT COULD HAVE CAUSED THIS---YOUR METABOLISM MAY HAVE SLOWED SOME SINCE THE LAST TIME YOU TRIED THIS WOE, OR YOUR BODY MAY JUST NEED MORE TIME TO RE-ADJUST TO THIS WAY OF EATING.
