LAST NIGHT I ATE MY DINNER AND TRIED THE MOCK DANISH FOR DESERT.....IT WAS FANTASTIC :yes. AT FIRST I THOUGHT I DID SOMETHING WRONG, BECAUSE WHEN I MIXED THE INGREDIENTS, THE WERE A LITTLE SOUPY--BUT ONCE I PUT EVERY BACK INTO THE MICROWAVE, IT CAME OUT AWESOME :joy

Mock Danish are one of the few ways I'll eat eggs! I add a tablespoon of unprocessed wheat bran to it as well, and it gives it a little less eggy texture and a little more bread-like. (And yes, unprocessed wheat bran is allowed during Induction - very high in fiber).
This is one of those "got to have it" recipes!

the only problem with that is the mock danish is a meal in and of itself so were you hungry when you had it or were you just having dessert? remeember Atkins is about feeding our hunger anf only our hunger not eating foods because they are legal, their is room in our belly nor carbs left in our budget.
Eat your danish as your meal and you will be happier with your Atkins results.

ONE DAY!
I TRIED IT AS PART OF MY MEAL THAT NIGHT, AND THIS MORNING I HAD THE MOCK DANISH AND 4 STRIPS OF BACON FOR MY BREAKFAST. MMMMMMMM!
