Sure - all those ingredients look fine. There's a great article in the COOKING LESSONS section of the FOOD FORUMS on making Atkins-friendly low carb soups. We eat soup here at least once a week and sometimes more during cold winter months!

As long as it contains Induction friendly ingredients it's okay for Induction. However, you will need to be aware of the cabbage you eat, since cabbage is limited to 1 cup.
(Add it into the recipe forum if you want....lots of people look for tasty, satisfying meals, that can be made ahead and re-heated like most soups.)

I use hamburger to make soup, frequently and simmer it adding induction friendly veggies. I add cauliflower florets and it reminds me of a hamburger and potato soup my grandmother used to make.
