• 3rd day of induction

Hey everyone im nearly through my third day of inductin today and feeling pretty good about it, had 2 scrambled eggs and 3 pieces of turkey bacon for breakfast, and a chicken ceasar salad for lunch, planning on having a sausage and broccoli with chesse for dinner. Its always hardest for me in the evening. oh i also had a decaf coffee with cream and 1 sweetener (is this ok). Im heading home for the weekend for easter (i live close to my university campus) and im also working this weekend, and seeing my boyfriend ahhhhh although of these things will be challenging as they're all associated with food, i hope my willpower sustains. Also heading to the gym today and feel good about exercising again.

I just added a link to a pic of me in my signature (at least i tried, lets see if it works)

Hello Vanessa :wave
To add info and pics to your signature you need to click on the 'Profeil' link at the top of the page and when it takes you to your profile scroll down to the signature section.

click in the text box and type in whatever you want to be in your signature.
If you want to add a picture you need to type the url with after the .jpg of that picture's url.
It will look like this

Then click on 'submit' and hey presto your signature will appear on your next message.
There is a 'Testing' board right at the bottom of the list of forums you can use to test it out. Here is a link to it
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!
