Your menu looks good except for one thing, your lunch should incorporate at least a little protein and I see none. A few chicken strips tossed in your salad would balance it out, or a pork chop or something. But it is all quite 'legal' and while I don't know the carb count without taking the time to calculate, I can tell you just from looking at the foods that you are within the proper range. It looks like a plan where a woman would neither undereat nor overeat, and a few days of that menu WILL put you in induction.. make sure you get some butter on that broccoli lol!

Looks good. You could have the 1/2 avocado for dinner and for lunch have tuna w/ mayo instead. Then you would add some protein to your lunch and have some fat with the chicken.

Oh boy, It's only lunchtime and I already feel too full. I went to Fitday and calculated the meals for today. I came up with 1613 Cals, 126 Fat, 19.5 Carbs, 98 Protein. I hope that fits within the induction stage. (so many fats, eek)

Did you notice the percentages? On induction we aim for about 65% fat/30% protein/5% fat.
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

Yes, I did finally. I was at 70% fat, 26% Prot, 5% carbs. I think that was pretty good for my first day. I will just eat the same thing for the rest of the week, lol. BTW, you look great! Thanks Donna
