Heya everybody,
Im not new to atkins ive been on and off it for atleast 5 years now
but im determined to get it right this year and keep it going. Im starting induction today fresh and i was reading my book again unfortunately i have the newer book which seems a bit different to me so i have a few questions
1) the old book used cups for example 2 -3 cups of salads or 2 cups salad and 1 cup other veggies, this book gives me 230-340g salad or you do 170 g plus 80 g other salad are these the same?
2) if i go by weight i have one tomato that weighs 180 g already i know this wouldnt fil 1 cup so how do i deal with this?
3) i cook with powdered spices kinda like indian dishes and most of the spices have no details in terms of nutritional values they are spices from my home country should i leave them out?
4) is soy sauce allowed, im living in china and everything has soy sauce so
can i use it to cook my meals or eat meals with it?
Thanks for the help and guidline, hope everyone is having a successful induction period.
