  • alright...I give in

Hello, and happy Friday to you all in Low Carb Land.

I tried to get away with it, but I just can't do it anymore. I thought I'd do my own modified induction, and I really cut back a lot of carbs. And I had a few really pure induction days.

But I keep thinking of the ADBB advocates and how "by the book" they are.

Why should I be an exception, what exactly is so special about me?

So I'm putting away my scale for 14 days. I will do a "clean" induction. I give in, you guys talked me into it. Its all your fault!! (j/k)

So if I lost 10 pounds after a week "my way", how much can I lose in 2 weeks the "right way"??? *insert drum roll here*

I, of course, will let you all know as soon as it is day 15. I bet you can't wait.

Have a superbly awesome and utterly fantastic day!

You know...sometimes us 'by the book' folks get a bit of flack...but the simple truth is that going 'by the book' is a tried and true path to seeing results with Atkins. :yes Just look at my picture...that's what following the Rules has given me.

So, good for you and all the best in the next two weeks!!!

Gklad you have decided to become the healthiest smaller person you want to be.

actually you can't redo your 14 days once you have started doing them even if you did them incorrectly for the first week. Peter's golden shot miight apply to this part LOL as you have already burned off your glycogen stores with their fliud stores about 3 grams of water for every gram of glycogen and we can store lots of the stuff. You will however lose more fat weight during your rededication to Atkins next 14 days then you did doing your week.

Happy low carbing can't wait to see all the inches you lose

                Thanks you guys!

Moochiecat...this site absolutely needs the "by the book" advocates. It is so important to stict to this diet the Right Way. And everytime I read an answer that reminds a person to do it by the book, it reminds me to be strict and disciplined. So, thanks!

And, gee, 2big, you really know your stuff. I've never seen a person backed by so much Knowledge. Thanks for sharing it, it helps to know the Facts.

                HAPPY WEEKEND!
