Besides making sure you are only eating "legal" veggies, you should also be careful to not eat more than approximately 3 cups per day. Subway salads are great as long as you stick to the amounts allowed on Atkins.

For dressing, full-fat ranch is quite low in carbs, but I believe it has sugar in the ingredients (someone correct me if I'm wrong). You could also add only oil and vinegar (not balsamic), which are always a safe choice.

By the way, congratulations for choosing to do this the right way and adding salads to your meals!

well the salad was gonna be for lunch and dinner, since it gives meats and vegetables also I was gonna eat it dry no dressing.

65% of your calories should come from fat during induction (5% from carbs and 30% protein), so if you are eating only meat and veggies, your fat intake will be too low. Then, if you only eat one salad (for lunch and dinner together), your calories will be very low and your body will probably freak out and go into starvation mode (therefore cling to every pound).

The amount of meat in a salad is too low for Atkins. An Atkins lunch for e.g. should have something like 4-6 oz meat, 1-2 cups veggies, and some form of fat added to these (either oil, butter or things like 1/2 avocado). Track your foods in Fitday or Dailyplate to get the hang of nutrient ratios and carbs.

For veggies at Subway, avoid pickled peppers/cucumbers/etc. Don't eat the chili thing they are making. If you have tomatoes or onions, keep the amounts small. Try to eyeball how many cups of salad there are in a serving and choose only vegetables that you are sure are safe for induction.

Well, I get booted out of ketosis every.single.time I eat a subway salad. I thought it was the italian restaraunts blue cheese dressing, but when I eat that with my chicken wings, I stay pink (on the stick).

Subway peed me off two years ago anyway. I went in to get a low carb wrap and the skinny blonde thing behind the counter told me that Subway discontinued the low carb wraps because, get this, "Subway Corp has decided that Atkins is unhealthy."

I haven't thought much about them since that episode.
