  • Feeling briliant!

    Hi there everyone! This is my second time on Atkins, first time i lost 10lbs and gave up,i struggled count carbs.
    Now i got it all sussed, i am on day 13 of Induction, all my jeans that were tight are looser, i just feel really good, more positive.
    Thank you all for your great support here!
    Well tommorow is big weigh in lol....i know i have lost weight.

    hey!! thats great!!! i've been doing atkins for about 6 weeks now and lost a stone!! i feel so much better eating this way!! not so emotional!!! no more mood swings!! there has been a couple of cheats but i have got straight back on track with this!!!

      F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
