So being a poor college student, I basically stick with the meal plan that is part of my room + board. Meaning I go to the dining hall and eat what they have. So far, I've been mostly eating eggs + bacon/sausage/ham for "brunch" and then dinner is some form of salad greens (usually they have iceberg lettuce, but sometimes it's spinach) and a turkey burger or some kind of meat.
Now, I never really took notice of this before, but the grilled chicken they serve... might be breaded? Not breaded in the sense that fried chicken is. But I mean it's definitely seasoned, and maybe have a bit of flour on it as well. I know my mum usually throws chicken breast in a bag with flour and salt/pepper before she cooks it. I honestly couldn't tell if they do the same. It's not a huge deal if it's lightly floured, is it? I didn't really have many protein options tonight, so I hope this choice wasn't a bad one.
