I had read somewhere that chicken wings are permitted. 5 Dominos mild wings, I cant find what the cal counts are. Did I go way over in carbs. Did I just mess up my past 5 days??? Please help
Chicken wings are permitted, but it depends what they are coated with if they are legal. Did they have a crust? Were they sweet? Most of the fast food wings have a carby coating/crust and sauce with sugar.
I eat wings a lot, but I make mine at home with raw wings and my own sauce. After baking or grilling them until they are crispy, I then mix Lousiana hot sauce and melted butter and brush this over the wings or dip them in it.
I also make up some dry barbeque spices (chili powder, paprika, onion and garlic powder) and sprinkle it over the wings. Let them set in the fridge for a while, then bake until crispy.
People who say it can't be done, should not interrupt those doing it.
"Some men give up their designs when they have almost reached the goal; While others, on the contrary, obtain a victory by exerting, at the last moment, more vigorous efforts than ever before." ~~Herodotus
Two wings have 5 grams carbs and 2 grams sugars. So...five wings would have 12.5 grams carbs and 5 grams of sugars.

Thank you ladies, Not such a good choice with the sugar grams. It was one of those, out and about, starving, and oh I can have chicken wings. Maybe next time I should have them with now sauce, just crispy with ranch.
