    New here . . . finishing day 3

    Hello, my daughter (Carotan) has said many great things the Atkins Diet Bulletin Board. It has given here inspiration! Now I am here to be inspired too . . .

    I am on day 3, experiencing a major headache . . . drinking water
    Not hungry though. Worried about Easter Sunday . . . today I purchased food for the weekend all legal. I have 80 pounds to lose 35 of it that was put on over the last year and a half.

    Looking forward to reading your stories.

      welcome to ADBB you can make a very klegal easter dinner check out our great recipes.


      The headache will be gone in a day or two keep drinking your water and take whatever you take for a head ache that doesn't have cafein in it.

        Don't worry...the first couple of days is always the hardest. The headache will go away soon. Stay strong!

            yep, the headache will go away soon and you will feel much better. Don't give up! You can do it! Hope you like it here!
