  • Question about Caffeine

Is it to be avoided because of the cravings it can cause or is it because it can stall weight loss??

    Re: Question about Caffeine

From what I understand, both. It can potentially stall you, but might not. Also, it dehydrates you. That's not to say you can't have it anyway. Just drink lots of water, too!

Exactly. Some people it will affect, some it won't. You never really know, so doing a clean induction is the best way to go.

Well I bought a product called Animal Pump but it comes with a caffeine pill and I was just wondering if it could cause stalling.

I only have 25lbs to go till my goal weight, guess I better play it safe and not take it.
