From what I understand, both. It can potentially stall you, but might not. Also, it dehydrates you. That's not to say you can't have it anyway. Just drink lots of water, too!Aoife - 18, Female, 1.69 metres (5'6.5")

Well I bought a product called Animal Pump but it comes with a caffeine pill and I was just wondering if it could cause stalling.
I only have 25lbs to go till my goal weight, guess I better play it safe and not take it.
