I was still in ketosis using the shakes and bars... I wonder why they stall you... if they are low carb... the bars were nice as a treat... not worth it though if you don't lose!!!

), when you eat something, besides consuming calories, you are also getting in some nutrients. Your body likes calories, but it needs nutrients, too. If these nutrients are lacking, it will start holding on to calories more than it would if you would give it whole, unprocessed foods. I guess you could say it goes into "starvation mode".
