    Egg sensitivity

    I have a very big egg sensitivity. Only when i eat eggs alone. I feel like i may throw up.
    Can someone suggest breakfast menus for me while still within the 20net carbs limit per day. Thanks
    I'll be 23 next month.
    I have a wonderful/supportive bf and a daughter who is a year and a half old.
    If I cant lose the weight for myself, I'll do it for her!

    Starting date : April 18,2010
    Height: 5 foot 5inches

    Current weight : 217.5 -
    Next goal weight: 210 -
    Goal weight: 199 -
    Goal weight: 190 -
    Goal weight: 180 -
    Goal weight: 170 -
    Goal weight: 160 -
    Goal weight: 150 (My pre-pregnancy weight) -

    Meat, cheese, vegetables?

    Only when you eat eggs alone? As in, you could cook them with veggies and eat them that way?

      You could try a crustless quiche if you can manage eggs mixed in with cream/cheese/meat/veg.

        I was thinking about that moch danish, i did ok with that, anyone have the link for it, it would be greatly appreciated
