Five days in to the induction. Day three had really nasty headaches and no energy, yesterday, couldn't keep still, cleaned the house just for something to do,. walked about three miles fast. Hunger was suppressed, headache gone, weight seems to be moving in the right direction, although no weigh in yet.
Bought a load of smoked salmon and boy is that a nice breakfast with scrambled eggs, finding the diet very easy to stick to. Had my local butcher make me some pure meat sausages and burgers, (had to specially order them and they were a bit more expensive but at least i know its just meat and a few herbs going in them.) and they are delicious.
Someone is going to burst my bubble now and tell me that smoked salmon is not allowed i bet.
My face seems slimmer but i tend to find that, if i put weight on it goes straight to my face and visa versa when i loose it goes from there as well.
Anyway just to say so far so good and apart from not drinking alcohol, i think i could stick with this for years.

Also I found another delicious Sugar free mayonaise from Waitrose it's usually where all the fresh prawns etc are & its called "Delouis France" and its so thick & scrummy & no carbs so yay
keep up the good work but do remember to read EVERY ingredient, boring but well worth it.
