So....I am totally jonesing for a Diet Pepsi. I am several days into induction and I normally have 2 cans of diet pepsi and I coffee a day. I have had some decaffinated coffee with 2 packets of splenda and some heavy cream and that has tricked me for my daily cup of coffee but what if I had ONE can of diet CAFFINE free pepsi ?

    Re: Diet Pepsi

The first time I did Induction I had one Diet Dew everyday. The second time I did Induction I didn't. I lost better the second time around.

It's up to you if you want to do it. You'll get opinions both ways. I now have one Diet Dew per day and one cup of coffee or tea and I lose consistently. Perhaps I'd be losing more if I didn't have any of it...

i think thats different for all of us.. I am at a stall in weight loss right now, and have been drinking a coke zero.. I plan on taking that out of my daily diet to see if that helps my weight loss any. Good luck on your decision..

The longer you stay away from sweet foods/drinks, the easier it will get to avoid consuming them. Here is some food for thought:
