  • 4th day

Good morning to all of you,
I have tried induction so many time and have never got past the third day. Well today is my 4th I am proud of myself. I noticed that the 3rd day is usually the day I want to binge eat and yesterday that feeling was coming about and I drank water. Waited and after about 1-2 hours it went away.

I am writing this thread to say thank you for all of the kind words and support.

    Go team!

I understand completely. Yesterday was my third day and it was the hardest for me. I wanted to cave SOOOOO bad. I did what you did...I drank water, water and more water. LOL. It worked though and today I'm so glad I made it through. Good job on YOUR success. It's nice to know that we are all in this together.

Well done for getting through your danger time
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
