10% of my weight loss goal completed! I started out March 2 at 158 and as of this morning, I'm 154. I'm 5'6" and my goal is 120-125. I haven't been working out as I had induction flu last week and have a pinched nerve in my neck this week (OW!) but I'm excited to work out because I feel so good!
Not sure if I'm in ketosis or not as I need to get ketostix today. I'm a little frustrated because my weight fluctuated over the last two weeks (I was 152 earlier this week), but I'm cutting back on the cheese to see if that'll help. Even though I'm a little frustrated, I keep reminding myself that four pounds in two weeks is great, I'll lose more when I work out AND I bought an H&M dress on Wednesday that was an 8 when I wore a 10 not that long ago! Woohoo!
