Finished 14 Day induction and fee GREAT!! Lost 15 Pounds, was scared there for a little bit about 4 days into it, but my body kicked in and started burning. If anyone has some hints or advice for the Second Phase that would be great! For those still in induction, it pays off and keep it up and you'll see results!

Wow!! congrats on finishing and congrats on your loss!! :joy
What you need to do now is decide whether it's Extended Induction for you, or whether you are ready to move on to OWL.
There's a sticky in this forum that can help you decide
If you decide to stay on Extended Induction, then you'll find additional help in the Extended Induction forum.
If it's OWL for you, go to the Atkins Ongoing Weight Loss (OWL) and Pre-Maintenance Forum.
Whichever direction you choose to take, make sure and read the stickys in both, so you're as informed as possible. :yes
Again, congrats, and all the best to you!!
