well guys i'm very motivated to get this diet completly right by the book
the past four days i have made little mistakes but i know by the first week is over i should have it sorted. i feel lighter i even done a 1hour walk with 30 mins running which i haven't done for a few months because i felt so heavy! :yes
i have been eating way to much cheese its hard to stop! and still drunk coffee and milk everyday i'm phasing it out cut down to one instead of 2 and in a few days will be none. please keep your support coming as it feels great people backing you

i am 11stone now goal weight 9 stone.
how long do you think this would take roughly i know our bodies our all different!
